This dish comes together fast and is delicious with a variety of dishes, especially seafood like salmon and scallops.

Garlic Sautéed Spinach

Ingredients

  • 11 0z Baby Spinach

  • 1 t. Avocado Oil (or other neutral oil for sauteeing) 

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, sliced thin

  • Generous Pinch of Fishermen's Blend Sea Salt

  • Lemon

  • Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and cook until it softens and is just barely light brown.

  3. Add spinach, a large pile at a time until it all fits in the pan

  4. Season with a generous pinch of Fishemen's Blend Lemon Dill Sea Salt and black pepper.

  5. Cook down until spinach is just wilted then squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice over. 

  6. Continue to stir and cook off the liquid for 2 - 4 minutes until the spinach has softened and wilted. 

  7. Plate the spinach with a slotted spoon, removing excess liquid before plating.
