This dish comes together fast and is delicious with a variety of dishes, especially seafood like salmon and scallops.

Ingredients

11 0z Baby Spinach
-
1 t. Avocado Oil (or other neutral oil for sauteeing)
-
2 Cloves of Garlic, sliced thin
-
Generous Pinch of Fishermen's Blend Sea Salt
-
Lemon
-
Black Pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until it softens and is just barely light brown.
Add spinach, a large pile at a time until it all fits in the pan
Season with a generous pinch of Fishemen's Blend Lemon Dill Sea Salt and black pepper.
Cook down until spinach is just wilted then squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice over.
Continue to stir and cook off the liquid for 2 - 4 minutes until the spinach has softened and wilted.
Plate the spinach with a slotted spoon, removing excess liquid before plating.
